Swiss Training House
About the Group

Qualification and first-job-readiness are not the same thing.

Swiss Training House Group exists to close that gap. We design programmes around verifiable employer demand, then place trainees with the organisations that need them. Tuition-funded, transparently published, UK-focused.

UK Group
The gap we close

Most career-change programmes hand you a certificate and disappear.

If you have ever changed careers in the United Kingdom, the pattern is familiar. You complete a course. You start applying. The job descriptions ask for one to three years of experience in something you have never been allowed to do, because you have never been hired to do it. The qualification is necessary. It is not sufficient.

Recruitment agencies sit on the demand side. They are paid by employers to fill vacancies, which means their incentives align with the candidates who are already employable. The candidates the system has not yet trained, including early-career, returners-to-work, and sector-changers, receive limited attention. That is rational behaviour given how recruitment is paid for. It is also why a certificate is not enough.

The certificate is a midpoint, not the end. The placement is part of the curriculum, not an optional add-on.

Swiss Training House Group exists to do the bridging work that neither traditional providers nor agencies are paid to do. Programmes combine targeted training, examination, scoped placement with a real UK employer, and post-programme career support, all delivered as a single continuous experience.

How we differ

Different from training providers. Different from agencies.

From training providers. Conventional training stops at the certificate. We treat the certificate as a midpoint. The placement is part of the curriculum, not an optional add-on, and the placement employer is selected before the trainee enrols, not afterwards.

From recruitment agencies. Recruitment agencies do not charge candidates because their model assumes candidates are already employable. We charge tuition because turning a non-employable candidate into an employable one takes time, infrastructure, and capital we have to recover. The candidate is the customer. The employer is the destination.

Where we operate. The Group is UK-focused. Programmes are delivered to candidates resident in the United Kingdom and placements are with UK-registered employers. We currently cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Northern Ireland coverage is selective.

What we publish. We publish refund policies before enrolment. We publish course outcomes and placement-conversion rates annually. We publish our programme structures in full so that anyone weighing whether the path is right for them can read the whole thing before paying.

Operating principles

Five rules we hold to even when they are inconvenient.

01

Programme is a single product

Training and placement are designed together. We do not run a programme until we have a UK employer ready to host the placement that closes it.

02

Employer demand drives discipline choice

We open new programmes against verified demand. We do not assemble courses simply because they are easy to teach.

03

Refund terms are written and visible

14-day refund window from enrolment, before content access. Full refund if a guaranteed placement cannot be delivered.

04

Tuition rather than placement fees

Candidate-funded model. The trainee is the customer; their employability is the deliverable. Employers do not pay us to receive a placement.

05

Career support continues after placement

Career-advisor access for at least six months after programme completion. Long-term outcomes are decided in the first 90 days of permanent employment.

Read the programmes the same way our trainees do.

Every pathway is published in full before enrolment. No hidden curriculum, no surprise fees.
