Six career pathways

We do not run a programme without a UK employer ready to host its placements. The disciplines below reflect the gaps the labour market has, not the courses easiest to assemble. Apply now for our June 2026 cohort.

03 / Technology
Pathway 03 / Technology

IT Support

Duration
12 weeks training + 12-week placement
Indicative roles
1st Line Support, IT Helpdesk, Junior Sysadmin

End-user support fundamentals, ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow at user level), Active Directory account management, basic network troubleshooting, and ITIL service-management vocabulary.

The curriculum prioritises the actual ticket-shapes that UK SME helpdesks see, rather than abstract certification preparation.

04 / Analysis
Pathway 04 / Analysis

Business Analysis

Duration
12 to 14 weeks training + 12-week placement
Indicative roles
Junior Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Data Analyst

Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, BPMN process documentation, SQL fundamentals at a query-and-report level, and Power BI dashboard authoring.

Projects are scoped to mirror real UK consultancy and in-house BA work: define a problem, gather requirements, model the data, present findings.

05 / Brand
Pathway 05 / Brand

Performance Marketing

Duration
12 weeks training + 12-week placement
Indicative roles
Marketing Assistant, Junior Performance Marketer, SEO Coordinator

Performance-marketing fundamentals: paid search, paid social, basic SEO, analytics interpretation.

Trainees run live campaigns with realistic budget exposure during the training, so the placement employer receives someone who already knows what spending money on Meta Ads feels like, rather than someone who has only studied it.

06 / Engineering
Pathway 06 / Engineering

Engineering & Tech Foundations

Duration
12 to 16 weeks training + 12-week placement
Indicative roles
Junior Developer, DevOps Trainee, QA Coordinator

Programming fundamentals, version control as a daily habit, basic DevOps awareness, and cloud foundations at the AWS or Azure entry level.

The discipline most exposed to the qualification-versus-experience gap. A coding-bootcamp graduate with no production exposure is rarely employable on its own. Our programme adds the production exposure as part of the curriculum.

What every programme includes

Six commitments. Every discipline, every cohort.

01

Live online instruction

Subject-matter experts delivering scheduled sessions, not asynchronous videos with no accountability.

02

Practical exercises on real software

Hands-on work in the systems you will use during placement: Sage, Xero, BambooHR, Power BI, Active Directory, the live ad platforms.

03

Scoped exam before placement

A defined assessment at the end of training. The placement begins only after it is passed.

04

12-week placement

UK-registered employer selected before enrolment, scoped in writing, structured as a no-obligation evaluation period for both sides.

05

Career-advisor access

At least six months of post-programme support, focused on the first 90 days of permanent employment where outcomes are decided.

06

14-day refund window

From enrolment, before content is accessed. Published in writing before payment, not after.
